Our [FF] Olympic Weightlifting class is perfect for those who are totally new or looking to practice their Olympic Weightlifting skills. It is available to any member who has completed their OnRamp training, is registered in our [FF] Program, and is looking to practice the Olympic Lifts (clean, jerk, & snatch) and spend some additional time working on the barbell.
In this class there is no ‘WOD’, only barbell work.
We typically spend the first half of the class focusing on a ‘skill’ or a barbell drill, and in the second half of the class we build up to a heavy lift that’s relevant to the previously worked on skill. This session is perfect for an athlete of ANY level who is looking to get better at the Olympic Lifts.

These classes differ from our Raincity Barbell Club because each class focuses on a different lift & specific skill related to it and it is included in all [FF] memberships. The Barbell Club is an ongoing program that builds on itself from week to week & is a separate membership.
