The Lift & Sweat class is part of our Raincity Strength & Conditioning Program. 

It's the closest thing you'll get to a full blown CrossFit Class but without the fancy gymnastics (kipping) and the complicated olympic lifts (clean, jerk, snatch). Without those movements we still follow the basic principals of our popular CrossFit classes. 

A lot of classes claim to involve 'strength' work in their routines - but if you're doing too many reps or not tracking your progress, then it's going to be hard to develop any true strength.

We'll focus on the Squat, Deadlift, and Presses every week and we'll help you log & track your results via our mobile app.

The Sweat portion will always be a full body HIIT workout that will follow the principals of CrossFit (functional, measurable, and intense) but without the pressure you may feel from a CrossFit class. 

You can join us one day a week for some structured strength development and a HIT workout, or 3x a week to really maximize your #gains.
