Our coaches will not push a specific type of eating or diet on you, instead they’ll work with you to make the changes (no matter how big or small) that will have the largest impact on your overall health & results, while also being sustainable.

Evaluate your current state of health in regard to body fat, weight, stress, sleep and a series of other factors that make up your lifestyle
Break your complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that add up to massive body transformation. You’ll develop healthy habits that become second nature and last a lifetime.
Check-ins with a coach who will give you accountability, direction, and support every step of the way. They’ll help you stay consistent, no matter what life throws at you.
Just like all of our programs at Raincity Athletics - our goal is to help you ‘find your fit’ which includes your budget! Depending on how much direction or accountability you need we can structure a program & pricing to fit you, your goals, and your budget.
Pricing for one on one sessions are the same as our Private Training rates, but we also have a variety of options ranging from $150 - $300 / month for ongoing check-ins, meal plans, accountability, and more.
