Everything in our Level 1 programs are tailored to anyone of any level of fitness.

From first time off the couch in a while to some of the top competitive athletes in the world. Choose the session that makes the most sense to you and book a time by clicking on the image!

After doing one of the sessions above your coach will recommend you to either register for some Level 2 classes, or to signup for our OnRamp to our CrossFit (Level 3+) Program.

Everything in our Level 2 program is tailored to those who already enjoy attending group fitness classes or are already working out regularly, but are looking for a little more out of their workouts. Level 2 classes do not require the completion of our CrossFit OnRamp program.

Before you can join our CrossFit classes / program - we need you to have at least 6+ months of experience from a reputable CrossFit facility, or have completed a structured OnRamp / Foundations course. 


 

Been Doing Crossfit for 6+ months?

If you're in town for a while, or are from Vancouver and looking for a new home contact us for other options like our 1 week unlimited trial or punch cards.

 

New or relatively new to CrossFit?

Try our our Level 1 or Level 2 options above or contact us.

how do i get access to the level 3+ classes?

All of our CrossFit and Level 3+ classes require the completion of our OnRamp program first.
