Getting Started at Raincity Athletics...

The first step before signing up for any of our programs is to come in, checkout the space, and meet a coach either in a consultation or one of our free trial options! This can be done via any of the ★ options below, or by trying out one of our Strength & Conditioning classes (★★).

Raincity Class Levels

Every class & program at Raincity Athletics has a level ranking to help you find the classes that are the best fit for you! 
Note: All classes level 3 or above require completion of an OnRamp program first.

★ - You're new to Fitness, just looking to checkout our space, or may have some existing injuries / concerns. 

★★ - You already exercise and/or participate in other group classes

★★★+ - You have completed a structured CrossFit OnRamp or foundations training, or have 6+ months of CrossFit experience.


WHAT'S NEXT?

After doing one of the intro sessions your coach will recommend you to either join us for some Strength & Conditioning classes or to signup for your OnRamp to get access to our CrossFit classes.

Strength & Conditioning Program

Our level 2 Strength & Conditioning program (and classes) are tailored to those who already enjoy attending group fitness studios or are already working out regularly, but are looking for a little more out of their workouts.

Our Strength & Conditioning program and classes do not require the completion of our OnRamp program, if you've completed an OnRamp and have been doing CrossFit for more than 6 months, scroll down to the level 3+ programs.

Before you can join our CrossFit classes / program - we need you to have at least 6+ months of experience from a reputable CrossFit facility, or have completed a structured OnRamp / Foundations course. 


Been Doing Crossfit for 6+ months?

If you're in town for a while, or are from Vancouver and looking for a new home contact us for other options like our 1 week unlimited trial or punch cards.


New or relatively new to CrossFit?

If you've done less than 6 months of CrossFit or it's been a while, drop in to one of our S&C classes or book an OnRamp Challenge with us before coming in for a class. Contact us if you're not sure.

how do i get access to the level 3+ classes?

All of our CrossFit and Level 3+ classes require the completion of our OnRamp program first.
