WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Functional movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
 

WHAT DO YOU DO?

We combine these activities into 1 hour long group classes that typically include a warmup, mobility, strength development and all varieties of cardio all led by a CrossFit certified instructor (or more).
 

WHY RAINCITY? 

Raincity Athletics is home to one of the top performing CrossFit gyms in the lower mainland in both performance, community, and safety. Safety is always our first priority, followed by position, range of motion, and then we bring in the intensity and heavy loads.
 

WHO'S IT FOR?

Our CrossFit program is tailored to produce results for athletes of any level who have completed an OnRamp program. To optimize results and minimize the risk of injury we encourage you to commit to attending 3 classes per week or more.
 

HOW DO I JOIN?

All participants must first complete our CrossFit OnRamp program which helps ensure they understand the basics before they can begin in the group classes. 

A CrossFit membership also includes access to all Strength & Conditioning classes as well.
