Our group class programs are developed and written in house by our highly trained team of coaches. Their goal is to increase overall conditioning, lower body fat, and increase lean muscle mass and general performance. Though this program covers the goals of of most athletes - sometimes you need something a little more specifically tailored to you - without the price tag of private training.

Private Individualized Programming

  • Workouts written specifically for you and your goals

  • Available from 1 - 7 days a week

  • Can be done along side group class or private training memberships

  • Workouts are delivered to you via software with demo videos of movements, as well as easy access & communication with your coach

  • Can be combined with a Sport Access membership to ensure facility & equipment access when needed

Sport Access

  • Access any time of day (including peak hours) to complete your indiivdualized program

  • Only available to athletes in conjuction with raincity programming memberships

  • Available in 3x / week, unlimited, or punch cards

Off Peak (OP) Sport Access

  • Daytime & off peak time access to the facility to complete your individualized programming

  • Does NOT require program to be from / by a Raincity Athletics coach

  • Only available to those following a designated program, this is not ‘open gym’

  • Not available during peak hours

Program Pricing

Our individual programming & sport access memberships can be custom built in whatever way best suits you and your goals. All programming or sport memberships are done in 3 month blocks / contracts.

Our pricing is competitive with all other individualized programs on the market, but also include access to our 7,000 sqf facility, coaching on site, and more benefits you won’t see from many others out there.
