HOW’S IT DIFFERENT FROM OUR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS PROGRAM?

Our Strength & Conditioning program includes the basic principals of our FF program (constantly varied & functional) but without the 'kipping' or 'olympic lifting' aka the high skill gymnastics and Olympic Lifting.
 


WHY NO ‘KIPPING’ OR OLYMPIC LIFTING?

Olympic Lifting (clean, jerk, snatch) is hands down the most efficient way to develop speed and power in a person - if you take the time to learn (and practice) proper technique. 

Kipping and the high skill gymnastics movement are great ways to 'do work' efficiently - if you take the time to learn (and practice) proper technique.

The goal of our Strength & Conditioning program is to bring the effectiveness of a FF program (full body, functional, and intense) to those that may not want to commit to 3x / week or more. 
 

WHAT DO YOU DO in it?

SWEAT Classes include…

  • A guaranteed sweatfest! A mixed bag of short bursts of high intensity or long and sweaty primarily focusing on monostructural work (see cardio: run / row / skip / bike) while still utilizing full body and functional tools & movements.

ALL CLASSES include…

  • A focus on teaching proper mechanics of each movement and/or finding an appropriate modification for your skill level

  • Measurable results to help you develop your strength & conditioning #gains week to week via our mobile app

STRENGTH Classes include

  • A variety of functional bodybuilding techniques utilizing kettlebells, dumbbells and more…

LIFT Classes include

  • Everything from STRENGTH plus…

  • Barbells and powerlifting variations of back squats, deadlifts, presses as well as other strongman strength tools like sandbags, yokes, farmer handles and more…
