About:

When the 2020 COVID lockdown altered the world's rhythm, Brianne saw an opportunity. Determined not to be idle, she channeled her energy into becoming a certified personal trainer. It was more than just keeping busy; it was a nod to her prior love for an active lifestyle and a chance to share that with others.

This decision and newfound passion also triggered a significant academic pivot for Brianne. Leaving UBC’s materials engineering program, she delved into Kinesiology, and she's now nearing the completion of her final year. Over the years she has gained experneice coaching in a variety of settings from globo gyms to CrossFit gyms. Yet, it was the community and functional fitness that has always resonated most with her.

Outside the gym, Brianne committed two years to the high-adrenaline sport of skeleton, training in challenging locales like Whistler and Calgary's WinSport complex. It was an intense journey, one that she had to put on hold after a couple of impactful crashes that have had lasting consequences.

Today, Brianne brings her wealth of experiences to her coaching — a blend of resilience, adaptability, and a genuine understanding of the challenges and rewards of fitness.
