Everything in our Level 1 programs are tailored to anyone of any level of fitness.

From first time off the couch in a while to some of the top competitive athletes in the world. Choose the session that makes the most sense to you and book a time by clicking on the image! 


FIRST STEP: Choose & book one of the free sessions below to come check us out 


After doing one of the sessions above your coach will recommend you to either join us for some Strength & Conditioning classes or to signup for your OnRamp if you want to get into our CrossFit Program.

Everything in our Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Program is tailored to those who already enjoy attending group fitness classes or are already working out regularly, but are looking for a little more out of their workouts. Level 2 classes do not require the completion of our CrossFit OnRamp program.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR MORE THAN 2-3 CLASSES / WEEK: 

The S&C Classes are great if you're looking for 2-3 workouts / week. If you're looking for more, ask a coach if you're ready to signup for our OnRamp to gain entry to our CrossFit program.

Before you can join our CrossFit classes / program - we need you to have at least 6+ months of experience from a reputable CrossFit facility, or have completed a structured OnRamp / Foundations course. 


Been Doing Crossfit for 6+ months?

If you're in town for a while, or are from Vancouver and looking for a new home contact us for other options like our 1 week unlimited trial or punch cards.


New or relatively new to CrossFit?

If you've done less than 6 months of CrossFit or it's been a while, drop in to one of our S&C classes or book an OnRamp Challenge with us before coming in for a class. Contact us if you're not sure.

how do i get access to the level 3+ classes?

All of our CrossFit and Level 3+ classes require the completion of our OnRamp program first.

Book an assessment or private trial and a coach will help get you started.
