First timers

The first step to joining Raincity is to come in for a free trial and see what we’re all about! This can be done via a free trial class (offered every Sunday at 9:00 and 10:00 AM as well as some other options depending on the programming block. If you've got some concerns or that schedule doesn’t work then we encourage you to schedule a free private trial. Still not sure where to start? Book a consultration (online or in person) and a coach will help you get started.

Come try an [SC] Strength and Conditioning class any Sunday!

Athletes must complete the OnRamp to get access to our full schedule of [SC] Strength and Conditioning or [FF] Functional Fitness classes.

try free private workout

Schedule a private trial with one of our coaches to discuss goals and athletic history.

You’ll do a 15 minute workout to get a taste of what we do and give your coach a chance to see you move before recommending your next steps!

Are you an Experienced Athlete?

If you’ve been a member at another Functional Fitness gym for over 6 months and are proficient in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, toes to bar, kipping pull-ups and all other skills then contact us to see if you qualify for our 2 weeks for $20 trial!
