During your free intro week you will have an hour one-on-one with one of our coaches to learn all about Raincity Athletics, get any questions you might have answered, and do a sample CrossFit workout.

Come ready to get sweaty!

And don't worry, the workout can be modified for all fitness and experience levels.

If you have not been CrossFitting for at least 6 months, or did not complete a structured training course (OnRamp, Foundations, Elements, etc) then please e-mail info@raincityathletics.ca or challenge our OnRamp before signing up.
