Getting started with strength training can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re building a new full-body strength class designed specifically for youth and for parents (seperately) who know they need to get stronger but aren’t sure where to begin.

These sessions will be small, supportive, and built around the fundamentals. No complicated movements. No pressure. Just smart, safe strength work that builds confidence and real-world ability for every age and level.

We’re currently putting together our first class times. If we can match enough athletes of similar age and ability in a time slot, we’ll reach out with details.
