“Gyms are intimidating.”
“Others will judge me because I’m not fit enough.”

Do these statements sound familiar to you? If so, you are not alone.

Each of those statements crossed Rebecca’s mind when she first looked into improving her fitness. She was not an athlete growing up, therefore the thought of joining any team sport was daunting. However, Rebecca eventually found a good fit between her love for teamwork and competitive spirit through competitive cheerleading. Her drive for excellence has led to competing at the highest level on the world stage.

As she matured as an athlete, she wanted to further push her boundaries physically and mentally. 5 years ago, she found CrossFit. Her experience as a CrossFit athlete has been life-changing. The supportive community broke down the intimidating barriers, helped her build self-confidence and provided a structured approach to training. Her personal journey from having no athletic experience to becoming a competitive CrossFit athlete and functional fitness coach contributes to her collaborative approach as a coach.

Rebecca is a firm believer in holistic health and works tirelessly with her clients to break down seemingly daunting goals into manageable achievements. Rebecca draws on her knowledge in Kinesiology, Health Sciences and Exercise Nutrition to create tailored made programs fit for your needs.

Rebecca finds great joy in seeing her clients succeed, especially when they light up after accomplishing something they thought they couldn't do!
